Pipariņi is a new row house village project in Jaunolaine. The goal was to build a strong online foundation from scratch — a clear website that explains the project, builds trust, and helps potential buyers take the next step, plus social channels that introduce the development through short-form video.
I created the Pipariņi website in WordPress from scratch and set up the project’s social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. I developed the content structure and key pages, wrote and edited the core copy, and started publishing reels to explain the concept, location advantages, and the lifestyle benefit of modern row houses close to Riga.
This work established the brand’s online presence and created a consistent platform for ongoing marketing as construction progresses.
