Tilde needed technical SEO improvements to strengthen indexing, reduce Google Search Console issues, and improve overall site performance. My work focused on cleaning the site’s technical foundation so Google could better understand language versions, canonical URLs, and key page signals.
I reviewed and improved hreflang, canonical, sitemap, noindex, redirects, and URL consistency, while also supporting performance and UX improvements through image optimisation, caching review, Core Web Vitals work, and priority on-page updates such as metadata, H1s, and alt texts.
What was fixed
Canonical and hreflang alignment across language pages, cleaner sitemap structure, better noindex handling, reduced redirect and duplicate URL issues, improved internal linking paths, and stronger page performance through image, cache, and front-end optimisation. The result was a cleaner technical setup, improved crawl clarity, and a better foundation for long-term SEO growth.
